01What this template collects

As shipped, this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and sends no data anywhere. The only thing stored in your browser is a flag recording that you dismissed the notice bar, and it never leaves your device.

If you deploy it with an analytics script or a form endpoint configured, that changes — and this page is where you should describe it.

02The newsletter form

The sign-up form posts to whatever endpoint is set in NEXT_PUBLIC_FORM_ENDPOINT. With no endpoint configured it does nothing at all and tells you so.

If you wire it up, you become the controller of any address submitted through it, and you should say here how long you keep it and how someone asks you to delete it.
